Dr. Barker has worked as a registered nurse over the last 30 years in both critical care, homecare, and hospice.  She most recently has worked in community health for a local provider. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate nursing courses for West Chester University and has an interest in VR and XR.  She has her certification as a simulation educator and has taught for INASCL in their CHSE preparation course.
