Beatrice Yorker has a BS in Nursing from Indiana University, a Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Law degree from Georgia State University. She is a Professor Emerita of Nursing, Criminal Justice and Criminalistics at California State University, Los Angeles. Her research and publications focus on Munchausen by Proxy and serial murder by healthcare professionals. She is currently serving as the President of Munchausen Support Foundation.
