Overview

This program offers an overview of Bleeding and Clotting Disorders with information that is pertinent to nurses who triage and care for patients in outpatient clinic or on inpatient floor.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  • State at least one new fact learned about bleeding disorders.
  • Describe insight gained on educating while caring for the patients at the bedside.
  • Identify two medications used to treat Idiopathic thrombocytopenia.
