Holli received her RN in 1985 and started in pediatrics later that year. She worked with Dr. Rita Meek to start the first pediatric Hematology/Oncology outpatient office in Delaware in 1988. What started as a stand alone office practice moved to Nemours in 1994.  She worked in the outpatient Hem/onc clinic as an infusion/triage nurse until she took the position as Patient Flow Supervisor in 2017 for the clinic. She completed her BSN from Drexel University in 2018. During that time of being Flow supervisor, she was also the nurse coordinator for the the newly-obtained Hemophilia Treatment Center designation.  In 2023 she took the position of full time Hemophilia Treatment Center Nurse Coordinator and has been dedicated to learning more about bleeding disorders and the HTC role, providing a point person for these patients and our Hematology providers, and educating our new patients and families.
