My name is Ashley Weaver, and I have been a nurse at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for 20 years.  I started my career in the NICU and always had a passion for education.  My career has led be to chair Advancing Practice in Education committee for our professional governance hospital wide.  I have been a patient / family nurse educator for over the past 5 years.  I strive to always make changes and improvements in education throughout my organization.
