Ryan started her career at CHOP in 2018 as an Oncology/ BMT nurse. Ryan served as a charge nurse, clinical resource nurse and Professional Governance SPM chair prior to being promoted to a Clinical Nurse Expert in 2023. Throughout her time as a Clinical Nurse Expert, Ryan has served as the Bone Marrow Transplant nursing lead, participating in quality improvement and clinical practice changes, as well as coordinating orientation and orientation classes. In addition to her work with BMT, Ryan has served as the HAVI lead, Exit Initiative Lead, a Clinical Mentor and Services & Logistics Center Liaison.
