Jennifer Houston is a graduate of Columbia University where she received her Masters in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She began her career in primary care working in school-based health clinics and primary care practices in NYC and eventually became the Lead Nurse Practitioner in Nemours School Based Health Centers. She joined the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Insititute in 2023 working in the outpatient hematology clinic and infusion center. She also manages Bridge 2 Health, the transition program to prepare patients for transition to an adult sickle cell center..
