Dr. Kellogg is Chief of the Division of Plastic & Craniofacial Surgery at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida and Director of the Nemours Center for Cleft and Craniofacial Differences.  He is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at UCF College of Medicine and serves as Associate Program Director for Larkin Community College Plastic Surgery Residency Program.  He served as President of the Florida Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association from 2023-2024.  Dr. Kellogg's research interests involve outcomes from cleft lip and palate surgery as well as 3D photography applications for surgical planning and tracking outcomes.
