Christopher Beaty, MSN, NE-BC, serves as the Vice President, Operational Innovation, here at Nemours. In this role, Chris leads clinical innovation, leading system efforts in all regions to optimize the quality and experience of care beyond traditional brick-and-mortar models across our enterprise.

Prior to this role, Chris served as the Senior Director of Nursing for the Perinatal and Advanced Delivery Programs, NICU, PICU, and ECMO Program at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. He has spearheaded numerous strategic projects, including the multi-phase NICU expansion, the development of the region's first ECMO transport program, the establishment of an outpatient perinatal testing center, the creation of an inpatient Advanced Delivery Unit, and most recently, the formulation of an operating plan to support the nation’s first Pediatric Hospital at Home Program at the enterprise level. Chris remains actively involved in the growth of existing programs and the development of new initiatives.

Chris received his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2015, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2008, and his Associates of Science in Nursing from Delaware County College in 1999. Chris is a passionate individual who embodies our Nemours commitment to children, to families, and to each other.
