Charity is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit here at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida. Charity has more than 25 years of nursing experience, with the majority of this time in the PICU. She obtained her master's degree from University of Pennsylvania in 2001 to become an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner and most recently obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in August 2023. Before starting her career at Nemours, she had worked in various hospitals in Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland, and Florida. Charity is passionate about teaching and mentoring new nurses.
