NCHDE Epilepsy Education Series: General Epilepsy
This regularly scheduled series provides nurses the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest research, interesting cases, and evidence-based practices related to the neurologic patient population specialty.
Objectives for this session:
1. Define epilepsy.
2. Discuss diagnosis and treatment plans.
3. List 3 medications used in treating seizures.
