Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) is an advanced training course in federal regulations, institutional policies and procedures, and norms and standards of research behavior. This course extends the basic online training provided through the mandatory Collaborating Institution Training Initiative (CITI) course.

The Pediatric Board Review and Clinical Update is a three-day course designed to prepare attendees to excel in the pediatric board exam. The Nemours Children's faculty utilize their clinical knowledge and training along with test prep questions to review each topic sharing their experience with the board exam along the way.

Cardiac post operative didactic learning principles of cardiac output, hemodynamic monitoring, review of post op nursing care guidelines and room configuration. Hands on practice with CCCU nursing skills and simulation will also supplement the didactic portion of this bootcamp.

This course, designed for first year Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellows, is an intensive 2-day course that will provide hands-on training in critical Pediatric Emergency Medicine procedure skills. This will include airway management techniques, vascular access and resuscitation procedures. Using high fidelity simulation, this course will also focus on the development of communication, teamwork and crisis resource management skills.
