Research Mentor Training: "Entering Mentoring" - August 6-7, 2024
This full day live course is presented with Center for Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research to provide training in mentorship techniques and best practices and enhance the quality of mentorship experiences and contribute to the overall success of both mentors and mentees in the research community.

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Communicate effectively across diverse dimensions including various backgrounds, disciplines, generations, ethnicities, positions of power, etc.
- Align mentor and mentee expectations.
- Identify and reflect on how diversity influences and impacts mentor-mentee interactions.
