Pediatric Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor Management
Bone and soft tissue tumors in children are uncommon, but early recognition is critical to ensuring timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment. This continuing medical education webinar is designed for pediatric primary care physicians and advanced practice providers who are often the first to evaluate children presenting with musculoskeletal pain, masses, or other concerning symptoms.
Join Dr. Mihir Thacker, pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware to review the clinical signs and symptoms that may indicate a bone or soft tissue tumor, discuss strategies for distinguishing concerning findings from more common pediatric conditions, and learn practical guidance on evaluation and triage.
Upon completion, this virtual session will equip providers with the knowledge and confidence to recognize potential tumors early and initiate appropriate management.
