Online - Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention for Healthcare Professionals

This course, originally provided live, is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support survivors of sexual violence. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the various forms of sexual violence, including their cultural and systemic roots. The course will also cover the recognition of trauma reactions in survivors and the provision of appropriate support and care. Additionally, participants will acquire essential skills for safety planning and supporting the healing process for both primary and secondary victims.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
