Online - Pediatric Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery
Kirk W. Reichard, MD., MBA, FACS, FAAP is the Surgical Director for Perioperative Services and the Surgical Director of the Bariatric Surgery Program at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware, as well as Clinical Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. In today's lecture he will discuss the indications for pediatric bariatric surgery and the 2023 AAP Clinical Practice guidelines for treatment of obesity in children. This program was captured at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware Lunchtime Pediatrics on September 12, 2024.
