Online - Nursing Grand Rounds - From Resilience to Results: Enhancing Nurse Well-Being and Team Performance in Practice

This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing. This month's session featured two dynamic presentations focused on advancing nursing practice. The first, "Impacting Well-being and Resiliency of Pediatric Critical-Care Nurses through Implementation of MINDBODYSTRONG©," addressed the mental health challenges faced by nurses and outlined an organizational approach to building resilience through a structured wellness program. The second presentation, "Interprofessional Education to Improve Team Performance," explored the value of collaborative learning in healthcare, offering practical strategies to enhance team communication and effectiveness in clinical environments.
