Online - Infectious Exanthems

Jonathan Miller, M.D., F.A.A.P. is the Chief of Primary Care Pediatrics, Associate Program Director of the Pediatric Residency at Nemours Children's Health, Delaware Valley In today's lecture he will discuss Infectious Exanthems. This program was captured at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware Lunchtime Pediatrics on August 8, 2024.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the clinical presentation and dermatologic findings of common and uncommon infectious and parainfectious exanthems.
  • Enhance visual diagnosis and pattern recognition skills.

Practice Change: As a result of this activity, participants will be able to identify morbilliform drug eruption, and not label as an allergy.
