Target Audience
Resident Physicians and all Pediatric Primary Care providers.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify the key components of ADHD evaluations and assessment considerations (i.e., differential diagnosis, assessment with preschool to high school ages, and integration of cultural humility).
- Describe and explain effective behavioral health strategies for managing ADHD concerns at home and at school.
Practice Change
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to effectively diagnose ADHD and distinguish between comorbid diagnoses; able to provide at least one brief evidence-based behavioral strategies for patients with ADHD during a PCP visit.
