Shannon Chan, PharmD joined Nemours Children's Health in 2003 to implement the hospital’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. Her clinical and research interests include antimicrobial stewardship interventional studies focusing on clinical outcomes pertaining to improvement of patient outcomes and emergence of resistance. She has been the Co-Director of this program since 2003 and is now Director of Pharmacy Clinical Operations, at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware.
