Nemours MOC Portfolio Program Projects (PICME)

This activity is a collection of Quality Improvement projects which have been granted Maintenance of Certification Part 4 projects at Nemours Children's Health for Performance Improvement Continuous Medical Education (PI CME). All projects consist of current practice assessment, implementing interventions, and learning from the evaluation. Projects include a background (current assessment), measures, aims, and PDSA cycles, meeting the requirements of Stage A of the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit requirements. Participants reflect on data and implement PDSA cycles, reviewing their measures over time, meeting the Stage B AMA requirements. Upon completion, physicians complete an attestation of their project, reflecting on their performance of practice and attesting to meaningful participation, meeting the Stage C AMA requirements. Sample projects include Social Determinants of Health, Adolescent Depression, Increasing Physician Handoff, Hand Hygiene, and more.
