Journal club activities provide exposure for nurses to current scientific evidence to guide practice and may serve as the impetus to revise current practice or introduce innovations into practice.

Nurses and other members of the interprofessional team

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  1. Identify current scientific evidence for nursing practice on a selected health condition or professional nursing topic.
  2. Analyze evidence for applicability to practice.
