Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Identify common challenges and emotional dynamics encountered during pediatric palliative and end‑of‑life conversations with children and families.
- Demonstrate the use of at least two evidence‑based communication strategies to respond to family emotions, uncertainty, or conflict during difficult conversations.
- Apply developmentally appropriate, family‑centered communication techniques to support shared understanding of goals of care while maintaining interdisciplinary alignment
