Facilitator Workshop: Basic Course | Scenario Track
Welcome to the Facilitator Workshop: Basic Course Registration Page
The Facilitator Workshop: Basic Course is a standardized, foundational training designed to ensure consistent, high-quality facilitation across skills-based and scenario-based simulation programs. The course establishes a shared framework for facilitators.
Skills Facilitation Track
Ideal for educators who teach hands-on clinical skills, procedures, or competency-based training. This track focuses on techniques for enhancing learner engagement, providing effective feedback, assessing skill performance, and creating psychologically safe learning environments. Choose this track if your primary role is teaching individual learners in skills labs, workshops, or procedural training sessions.
Scenario Facilitation Track
Designed for educators who facilitate simulation scenarios and team-based learning experiences. This track focuses on prebriefing, scenario delivery, debriefing techniques, team dynamics, and the use of simulation to strengthen clinical judgment and communication. Choose this track if you lead simulation scenarios or team training exercises.
