Endocrine System Review

This education is offered to primary care APPs to expand knowledge of endocrine disorders and when to refer for specialty care.

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the components of the endocrine assessment.
  • Outline the endocrine system function and associated hormones.
  • Identify normal and abnormal growth rates in children.
  • Describe patients requiring specialty referral to endocrinology.
