Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  • Identify the presentation and management of common pediatric emergencies, such as appendectomies, pediatric cancer, and skull fractures.
  • Apply appropriate treatment protocols for pediatric patients presenting with appendectomies, pediatric cancer, and skull fractures.
  • Report increased confidence in their ability to manage pediatric emergencies and make clinical decisions for pediatric patients.
