This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing.
Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand the legal format of a deposition, its potential impact on clinicians, and the importance of representation by counsel.
- Recognize tips which may be helpful in avoiding some of the potential pitfalls which may impact the defensibility of a case.
