Rebecca Tillery received a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Florida.  She then earned a Master of Medical Science degree from the Yale University College of Medicine Physician Associate Program.  Following PA school, Rebecca began her career in Neonatology at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC where she worked 9 years before returning to Florida.  She has been with Nemours Neonatology since 2015 and has been a provider in the NICU developmental follow up clinic since 2017.    Rebecca became the APP Manager for Neonatology and Partnerships in 2023 and is dedicated to APP professional development.  She is the program administrator for the APP Professional Advancement Model and is the Program Director for the Nemours Neonatal PA Residency.
