Danielle Sofia is the Trauma Program Manager for ChristianaCare Newark campus, Level 1 Trauma Center. She began her nursing career as a Surgical/Trauma/Neurosurgery critical care nurse in 2005 and continued to work in bedside critical care for the following 8 years. She then moved into the role of Nursing Staff Development Specialist in the same Critical Care setting for the next 4 years before moving into her current TPM role. Her current interests include Trauma Performance Improvement, Trauma Research, and Trauma Education.
