25 plus years in the Delaware Fire Service as a fire fighter / EMT.  Started as a volunteer and transitioned to career approx 12 years ago. Currently employed full time with the Odessa Fire Company, in Odessa, Delaware. Recently promoted to Acting Supervisor of Career Services and oversee the company's field training program and the Quality Assurance/ Quality Improvement Officer and Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist. Have achieved National Proboard Certifications through Fire Officer II and Instructor II.
