Her name is Jessica McCann CAISS, MEE, MED and is the Trauma Registry Supervisor at Christiana Care's Newark campus.  She has worked at Christiana Care for the past twenty years.  For the first 17 years, she worked in the Surgical Trauma ICU and then the Neuro ICU as a Patient Care Technician II.  In 2021, she moved to the Trauma Program as a Trauma Registrar.  She was recently promoted to the Supervisor of the Trauma Registry.  She holds her CAISS certification along with two master's degrees in education.
