Tracy Savitz has been a registered nurse since 1993 and has practiced nursing in the children's hospital setting since 1995.  Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Villanova University and a DNP degree from Vanderbilt University.  Tracy has clinical experience in adult medical/surgical nursing and pediatric critical care nursing.  She has been a Nemours nurse since 2002 and currently serves as the Coordinator of Continuing Nursing Education and co-Magnet Program Director at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware.  In this role, Tracy manages affiliations with schools of nursing and nursing continuing professional development activities and guides and promotes the organization's journey to Magnet re-designation.
