Judy Guidash is a Quality Improvement Specialist within the Department of Quality and Safety, dedicated to the Department of Surgery.  As a Registered Nurse, Judy brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to leading quality improvement initiatives. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings improving patient outcomes, primarily in the NICU. After 20 years in clinical care, she transitioned to the improvement field, working in database management for measuring patient outcomes and coordinating and facilitating quality improvement projects.
