1. Personal Statement:
   In addition to working as a direct care nurse in our outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic, I recently began working with our research team and have taken on the role of a CRA.  I need COG CRA membership because I will be working with the physicians and clinical research team in Pediatric Oncology to help collect data about their treatment, side effects and response, and entering this data into Rave. I will also be assisting with the SADD List.
2. I am a certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse.  I am also an adjunct instructor for the APHON chemotherapy/biotherapy Provider course which is a requirement across Nemours for all oncology nurses.
