Hello, my name is Maelyn and I am a post-doctoral fellow in the orthopedic department. My previous work focused on balance control during walking in older adults, individuals with Parkinson's disease, and children with cerebral palsy. Currently I am working with Dr. Alvin Su on a collaborative research project exploring the structure and biomechanics of the meniscus in adolescents following meniscus repair surgery.
