Jenny Pfieffer has been with Nemours since 2003 and is a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist with experience in nursing research and education. She started her nursing career in pediatric emergency medicine, nursing administration, and now specializes in diabetes care. Known for her expertise in animal-assisted therapy and non-pharmacological interventions to reduce pain and increase comfort, Jenny has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing nursing practice through innovative research and educational initiatives. Today, she is sharing the latest new projects from the Diabetes Center.
