Rachel Baskin earned her BSN in 2015 from Drexel University, and her MSN (2019) and PhD (2024) from Villanova University. She is a certified pediatric nurse with experience in the emergency department, and pediatric and neonatal ICU settings. Rachel has served as an adjunct faculty teaching pediatrics clinical since 2019 and has since transitioned to working as an Assistant Professor at Widener University in 2024. Rachel’s research interests include nursing resilience, burnout, and traumatic stress.
