1992 Dr. Gould is a member of the SPR and currently serves as chair of the SPR Postmortem Imaging Committee. Since 2014, she and her colleague Dr. M. Patricia Harty have developed and run a postmortem imaging service for Nemours Children's Health Delaware and provided pro bono imaging and reporting upon request for the Delaware Medical Examiner's Office for pediatric death cases.
