My nursing career started in  2002 with a dedicated focus on hematology oncology. Achieving a milestone in my educational journey, I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. Holding the esteemed Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON) designation since 2004, I have traversed diverse roles, progressing from direct patient care to assuming leadership responsibilities. At present, I serve as an educator and nurse manager for the Hematology Oncology service line. My role involves guiding and motivating the upcoming generation of healthcare professionals, ensuring their development while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
