Dr. Bluher joined the Division of Otolaryngology at Nemours Children’s Health in December 2023, having previously served as assistant professor of otolaryngology at Washington University in Saint Louis. Dr. Bluher graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate education at Princeton University. He went on to complete his residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School. This was followed by an additional year of pediatric otolaryngology fellowship training at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Bluher’s clinical special interests include complex ear-related conditions, such as cholesteatoma management and cochlear implantation. His areas of active research include Eustachian tube dysfunction and early hearing loss detection.
