Lisa's NCHDE Parent Review Course 2024

This comprehensive course provides an in-depth review for nurses planning to take the national Pediatric CCRN exam. The topics areas discussed are taken from the current CCRN Pediatric test plan.

This course if offered as a hybrid option hosted in-person & on MS Teams.

The course includes 4 individual sessions that cover different topics. Each session offers 3.75 nursing contact hours (total 15 contact hours for attending all 4 sessions).

CCRN Review Session 1 - April 4th 0730-1130

CCRN Review Session 2- April 18th 0730-1130

CCRN Review Session 3- April 25th 0730-1130

CCRN Review Session 4- May 2nd 0730-1130

Target Audience

Nemours employed Registered Nurses who meet the eligibility requirements to sit for the Pediatric CCRN exam.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

  • Outline assessment strategies and treatment options for critical care problems common in the pediatric population.
  • Select appropriate interventions for critically ill children.

  • Interpret laboratory data pertinent to critically ill children.
