Dr. Yasaman Brown is a dedicated Pediatric ICU fellow with a commitment to improving patient outcomes. She obtained her medical degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her quality improvement work, particularly in the area of unplanned extubations, which she presented at the National Quality Improvement Conference. Dr. Brown is first generation Iranian American and fluent in Farsi. She has a special interest in international Medicine and outreach, seeking to bridge gaps in healthcare globally. She is also deeply interested in clinical research focusing on areas such as ECMO, cardiac arrest management, and neurological outcomes in the PICU.
