Louise Spierre, MD
Dr Louise Spierre is certified in the boards of Pediatrics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She was among the first physicians to earn a subspeciality certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine and remains one of only approximately 300 physicians in the nation to hold this certification. Dr Spierre has presented at regional and national conferences and co-authored textbook chapters and peer reviewed publications on topics important to advancing the health and wellbeing of children with physical disabilities. She grateful for the opportunity to instruct a new generation of physicians at the Mayo Clinic/ Brooks Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program. She is proud to have serve Jacksonville for over 20 years, developing the first Pediatric Rehabilitation specialty program in Northeast Florida while serving as the Program Director for Pediatric Rehabilitation and an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida Jacksonville. She now serves as Division Chief for Pediatric Rehabilitation at Nemours Jacksonville.
