Meagan Casey, DNP, APRN, CPNP-AC/PC, is the Director of Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She began her nursing career in 2013 and has since held advanced practice and leadership roles in pediatric emergency medicine and neonatology across several institutions. Meagan is passionate about developing innovative care models and workflows that empower providers to practice at the top of their license while delivering family-centered care. She holds a DNP in Executive Leadership from Duke University and has led the creation of new APP service lines and clinical programs in both Neonatology and Pediatrics.
