Lauren Majors, MHA, IBCLC, is a healthcare leader specializing in pediatric virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and innovative care delivery models. She has led enterprise digital health and care-at-home initiatives, bringing together clinical, operational, and technology teams to design scalable programs that expand access, improve care delivery, and support sustainable growth.

Lauren currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Program Manager with the Center for Telehealth at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She previously co-founded and served as President of Sonder Health, a digital health startup focused on expanding access to virtual lactation and nutrition care.
