Kylee Denker is the Clinical Director of Home Care Agency and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She was the first nurse hired into the health system's centralized RPM program when it launched in 2018 and has since played a key role in the growth and evolution of virtual care services. Kylee has co-designed and implement RPM programs spanning 27 unique diagnoses across 16 clinical divisions, expanding access to innovative, home-based care for pediatric patients and families. She has co-led and participated in multiple quality improvement initiatives and research studies demonstrating the value of RPM, including reductions in Child Protective Services involvement, opioid prescriptions, and in-person healthcare utilization.
Kylee is passionate about advancing equitable access to care through digital health innovation. Her work focuses on ensuring that technology serves as a bridge rather than a barrier, enabling children to receive high-quality care in the place they thrive most: at home. Through collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered program design, she continues to champion solutions that improve outcomes while enhancing the patient and family experience.
