Dr. Victoria Rodino is a healthcare executive, organizational psychologist, and digital health leader with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. As Director, Digital Care Strategy and Innovation at Children’s Health, she leads the development and advancement of virtual and digitally enabled care models designed to extend pediatric care beyond traditional clinical settings and improve access for children and families across Texas.

Dr. Rodino holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University. Her work spans virtual care, remote patient monitoring, care-at-home models, digital health strategy, and healthcare innovation, with a particular focus on translating technology into sustainable clinical practice. She is passionate about the intersection of people, technology, and healthcare and how thoughtfully designed digital care models can improve access, outcomes, and the experience of care for pediatric patients and their families.
