Cynthia Zettler-Greeley, PhD is a Senior Research Scientist and Biostatistician with Nemours Children's Health. A developmental psychologist by training, Dr. Zettler-Greeley’s expertise includes efficacy studies of early childhood educational interventions, survey development and psychometrics, and adoption and use of digital health technologies. Several recent digital health studies examined patient demographics and social determinants related to utilization of telemedicine, mobile health applications, and chatbots within the structure of a pediatric medical home. Current work is centered on the development of metrics and measurement strategies for pediatric advanced care at home programs. Dr. Zettler-Greeley’s research is disseminated at scientific conferences and is published in peer-reviewed journals.
