Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy is a hospital-based, experiential nurse leadership and innovation training program designed to empower direct care nurses as clinician leaders and change agents whose initiatives measurably improve outcomes.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Apply leadership skills that drive and implement unit-based changes that can be scaled up for hospital-wide impact.
- Design and implement innovative projects that improve patient/family outcomes, as well as, unit and organizational outcomes
Practice Change
- Evaluate and modify projects to ensure outcomes that are quantifiable for patients and families, clinical settings, units, and organizations. Influences project outcomes with enhanced communication, collaboration, and innovation skills.
