With 17 years of nursing experience, Kristin has dedicated her career to providing exceptional pediatric critical care and advancing nursing practice. She earned her BSN from Villanova University and began her career at St. Louis Children's Hospital before transitioning to critical care at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. In 2016 she started at Nemours Children's Hospital Delaware, continuing to build her expertise in pediatric acute and critical care nursing. 

In 2021, Kristin relocated to Florida and joined Nemours Children's Hospital Florida where she currently is part of the Staffing Resource Pool Team and relief Nursing Supervisor.  She also played a key role in piloting the hospitals Virtual Nursing Program where she continues to innovate care delivery and support both patients and clinical teams.
